This Site is operated by SÉYGE. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SÉYGE. 

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, though variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) by default. You may view and pay in other supported currencies, with final pricing determined at checkout. 

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. 

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other approved gateways. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 21 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging (ie. hangtag) still intact. 

Returns are made at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

All content on this Site, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of SÉYGE or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. SÉYGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
