Where is SÉYGE made?

Our bags are thoughtfully designed in Hong Kong and crafted by trusted manufacturing partners in Guangzhou, China. Each piece is made with care to balance form, function, and longevity.

Is it real leather?

No, SÉYGE uses high-quality, cruelty-free materials designed to look and feel like genuine leather. They’re durable, soft to the touch, and built to last without compromising on ethics.

How should I care for my bag?

To keep your SEYGE bag looking its best, store it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged contact with moisture, direct sunlight, or rough surfaces. Inner drawstring bags and cosmetic bag may be hand-washed, main bag must be spot cleaned.

Where do you ship to?

We ship both locally within Hong Kong and to the following countries;

Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, and others.

Australia & New Zealand

Europe & the UK: including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and others.

North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Middle East & South Asia: UAE, Türkiye, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and others.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Local orders (Hong Kong) typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

International orders usually take 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

If you’d like to return your item, please email info@seygebrand.com within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
