RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase but of course, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns. 

Returns

Items are eligible for return within 21 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

To start a return, please email info@seygebrand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive our return address and next steps.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. 

If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is processed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items or those not in original condition.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
